Sponsorship package for amateur native pony riders

Amateur riders don’t often get the chance to secure their very own sponsorship deal, and it’s even less common if they are a Native pony owner.

In order to get more recognition for the Native Breeds, The Native Pony Magazine is currently looking for one rider and their pony who can demonstrate the versatility of these wonderful breeds.

The person who can put into words (and photos) the enjoyment that owning a Native pony brings to them could be in with a chance to win £1000 worth of products to help realise their ambitions for 2013.  The sponsorship package will include nutritional advice from Bailey Horse Feed and a year’s supply of their recommended feed, consultation from NAF and a support package of supplements, health care and first aid products, and a handmade hunter bridle and leather headcollar from Kate Negus.

The sponsorship is open to ponies that are on loan, kept at a DIY livery yard or at home, but they must be registered mountain and moorlands.  Entrants could be competing in any discipline, showing, riding club or pony club, driving or endurance or a little bit of everything.

Sara Haines Editor of the Native Pony Magazine said; “We are very excited about launching the Sponsorship Package at the BSPS Heritage Championship Show, at Arena UK as part of our headline sponsorship.  I am looking forward to reading through the entries and finding that gem of a pony that brings so much joy into their owner’s life.”
